NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Obama adminstration has named a new federal coordinator for Gulf Coast rebuilding. The appointment of Janet L. Woodka was announced Tuesday by Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. Woodka’s resume includes serving as legislative affairs director for two previous federal coordinators and as legislative director to Democratic Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu.
