Many students are having trouble accessing LSU Secure, the University’s wireless Internet connection.
The LSU Guest network is available for students having trouble with LSU Secure, according to Information Technology Planning and Communications Officer Sheri Thompson.
Thompson said there is a problem with the LSU Secure network’s radio servers.
“We haven’t had [to deal with] something like this before,” Thompson said
Thompson said students should check the LSU ITS Twitter and Facebook pages for updates on LSU Secure. Thompson said she did not yet know when LSU Secure will be functioning properly.
