The looming budget cuts will dominate discussion at Thursday’s LSU Board of Supervisors meeting.
The System’s 11 institutions will together face more than $102 million in budget cuts for the next fiscal year beginning July 1.
The Board will receive an update on planned spending cuts and a campus-by-campus evaluation of the impact on teaching and research, including job and service cut backs, according to a press release.
