(AP) — Louisiana’s House speaker Jim Tucker said he doesn’t want to rush a new state deal to keep the Saints in New Orleans, even if it means Louisiana could miss out on hosting the 2013 Super Bowl. Tucker, who is from the New Orleans area, said the deal must be in the best interest of taxpayers. He said Wednesday that he’s OK with missing the deadline for the next Super Bowl award if it takes a bit longer to resolve the details with the professional football franchise.
