You listen, you request, and sometimes you even enjoy it. We think…We’re not exactly sure. So help us out. If you appreciate the music, the ticket givaways, the daily events or even just the good ol’ fashioned hospitality let us know. KLSU will be holding a Telethon Fundraiser from April 16 through April 19 and it’s gonna be a pretty rip roarin’ time.
Here’s how it works. From Thursday through Sunday, a crew of KLSU volunteers will be manning the phones in the studio to take your pledges no matter how big or small. Any donations are awesome and let us know that you care, which is great! But reaching a bit deeper into your pockets though can help you out more that you may think. Not only do extra donated dollars help keep the music you love alive and on the air, but donations of $20 dollars awards you an extra awesome T-Shirt! There are two styles and which one you choose is up to you:

Also, all donations made during each show will be tallied up, and the person who gives the most during that particular show, regular shift or weekend specialty shows, means that you win a guest DJ spot to help host that show! That means you could be booming with Boomer, snugging up with The Coz Fest gals, or head banging with the Rusty Cage guys. Again, it’s up to you. To top it all off, everyone who donates will be entered into a daily drawing to win a gift certificate or tickets for one of the following local organizations:
