The LSU College of Engineering will induct two new members into its Hall of Distinction in the LSU Faculty Club on April 16 at 7 p.m.
Jack R. Hopper, who received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University in 1969, and Donald W. Keller, who received a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering in 1957, are being rewarded for directly and indirectly supporting the College of Engineering.
To be inducted into the Hall of Distinction, candidates must reach a distinguished professional achievement, dedicate services to engineering and participate in outstanding humanitarian activities.
Though eligibility is not limited to University students, most inductees are connected with the school in some way.—-Contact Adam Duvernay at [email protected]
