Judge Trudy White found Chelsea’s was not given due process of the law, and the Baton Rouge establishment was given an injunction to serve alcohol again at today’s hearing.
In a hearing that lasted for more than five hours, Judge Trudy made her decision and fined the restaurant $1500.Chelsea’s lawyers asked to allow Chelsea’s to remain in operation while the court navigates through “this vague and obscure statute,” according to the twitter.com feed at today’s hearing.
