LSU sophomore Anthony Ranaudo was named Louisiana Sports Writers Association Pitcher of the Week following his Thursday performance against Mississippi State.The Jackson, N.J., native helped pitch the Tigers to a 5-4 victory in the game by retiring 14 of the final 15 batters he faced after getting off to a rocky start.Ranaudo went 7 1/3 innings with six strikeouts to keep a league-leading 118 on the season.
