LSU and Mississippi State are scheduled to restart their series finale at around 3 p.m., LSU team spokesman Bill Franques said in an e-mail.The game was put on hold shortly after 1 p.m. Saturday because of severe weather.The game was originally scheduled for 2 p.m. before being moved up to noon because of poor weather expected in Starkville, Miss.The game, postponed with the Tigers leading, 6-1, in the third inning, is a large factor in deciding the Southeastern Conference title.If LSU wins the game, it wins the conference.
