New Orleans Hornets center Tyson Chandler’s return from injury has been set back, the Times-Picayune reported late Monday evening.
Chandler has missed 12 games because of a sprained left ankle. Hornets coach Byron Scott told the Times-Picayune he hoped Chandler would return tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Chandler only completed half of Monday’s practice because of soreness in his ankle, according to the Times-Picayune.
The 7-foot-1 center averaged 8.8 points and 8.3 rebounds per game before his injury.
