Football: Tigers remain No. 8 in BCS standings – 7:04 p.m.

The LSU football team is No. 8 in the latest BCS standings, which were released this evening.
LSU was also No. 8 in last week’s BCS standings.
Florida is No. 1 in the standings for the fifth consecutive week. The Gators have been No. 1 in the BCS standings all season.
Florida is followed by Alabama and Texas at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.
The top eight teams in the standings remained unchanged.
