Ariel Morton will join the LSU women’s tennis team for the 2010-2011 season, LSU women’s tennis coach Tony Minnis said Monday.
Morton is a five-star recruit who was ranked as high as No. 34 nationally. She is currently ranked No. 46.
The Houston, Texas, native won the 2009 Texas Doubles Championship and was second in singles in the 2008 state championships.
