Millena Williams, mass communications junior, is the Nov. 3 “Eye on Excellence” student winner.

 Williams, who maintains a 3.6 GPA, is also minoring in Arabic.

She is the director of Volunteer LSU, after previously serving as special events coordinator and secretary. Williams is also an LSU Ambassador.

Williams is on the LSU Sesquicentennial Student Subcommittee and the Baptist Collegiate Ministry Leadership Team. She also serves as a reading friend for Volunteers for Public Schools.

She has been honored by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and has been on the Chancellor’s Honor Roll and the Dean’s List.
