(AP) — Power customers of Entergy Louisiana and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana will get a combined $16.6 million in one-time refunds on their November bills.The Public Service Commission approved the plan Wednesday, which calls for $12.9 million to go to about 669,000 Entergy Louisiana customers and $3.7 million to go to 361,000 Entergy Gulf States customers.
