Devin Parker — the only man indicted for the on-campus double homicide of Chandrasekhar Komma and Kiran Allam — is scheduled to go on trail May 24, 2010.Parker appeared in court this morning so his defense could receive results of the final round of DNA testing from the prosecution.Although the results of the testing were not ready this morning, Judge Richard “Chip” Moore entertained the prosecution’s request to set the trial date.——Contact Xerxes Wilson at [email protected]
