Police investigate reports kittens thrown from car – 11:30 a.m.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Police are investigating reports that a motorist tossed kittens from a vehicle on the Westbank Expressway.
Crescent City Connection police said in a news release that they received reports of a person throwing kittens from a vehicle Friday around 3:00 p.m.
Officer Jacob Coleman and found one dead kitten that appeared to have been hit by a vehicle. Police were searching for the person responsible.
