A handful of LSU coaches got pay increases Friday at the Board of Supervisors meeting.

LSU football coach Les Miles’ right-hand man, Cary Crowton, will receive a $50,000 pay raise. Crowton is the team’s offensive coordinator. His annual pay will jump from $400,000 to $450,000.

Others getting raises include basketball head coach Trent Johnson, whose pay rises from $1.2 million to $1.5 million per year, not counting bonuses. The head coaches of LSU’s women’s soccer, golf and tennis teams will also get pay increases.
