The Norwegian Technopera Duo Makes Epic Return

With driving beats and head bouncing rhythms, Röyksopp returns with a groovy sound that will have your booty shaking. Featuring guest vocalists such as Lykke Li and Karin Dreijer-Anderson (the Knife, Fever Ray), the album has a very smooth yet funky sound. The samples are very upbeat and fun, yet the blended vocals featured on several tracks gives it an almost eerie, dream-like feel. And be sure to look for the accompanying album, Senior scheduled to be released later in ’09. This half of the work claims to be an “autumn” feel while Junior is said to be “spring.”
