Fall Fest will be held Friday, Oct. 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. this year, complete with the usual burgers, popsicles and step shows.
The event will take place in the Quad and the Exxon Quad — located between Middleton Library and Hill Memorial Library, according to a broadcast e-mail sent this afternoon.
Fall Fest will feature the Golden Band from Tigerland, LSU Golden Girls, the National Pan-Hellenic Council Greek Step Show and special appearances by Mike the Tiger and  Chancellor Michael Martin.
The Exxon Quad will feature a “Meet Your Advisor” fair, where students can meet academic advisors from each of the University’s colleges and schools.
LSU Dining vendors PJ’s Coffee, Subway, Domino’s Pizza will be there. Products from Raising Cane’s, Coca Cola and Tiger Water will also be there.
