LSU senior running back Richard Murphy is likely done for the season, LSU coach Les Miles said Monday at his weekly press conference. ”We certainly hope there is some news that would allow [Murphy] to return, but we don’t expect it,” Miles said. “He’ll be ready for the spring, and we’ll look forward to that. He’s a very talented guy.”LSU sports information director Michael Bonnette told The Daily Reveille on Sunday night that Murphy will have an MRI on his knee this week after sustaining an injury in Saturday night’s 23-9 victory against Vanderbilt.Murphy left the game favoring his right knee early in the second half.
