NEW ORLEANS (AP) — For the first time since Hurricane Katrina struck in August 2005, 10 colleges and universities in the New Orleans area registered more students this semester than they did the previous fall. At Delgado Community College, prospective students were turned away for the first time in its 88-year history because it didn’t have room for them.
