(AP) — In two years, Louisiana has moved from 44th in the nation to second in the percentage of toddlers getting their vaccinations on time.The National Immunization Survey by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention looked at children aged 19 months to 35 months. It found that, last year, 81.9 percent of Louisiana’s children of that age had gotten all recommended vaccines by their second birthday.
