(AP) — Louisiana Congressman Charles Boustany will deliver the Republicans’ speech in response to President Obama’s health care speech this week. The Lafayette Republican’s press office said Tuesday that Boustany’s speech will focus on lowering health care costs. Boustany is a surgeon who was first elected to Congress in 2004.
