The Student Union hosted a free breakfast for students this morning to support the Name this Space Campaign.
Union officials are taking suggested names to name the new lounge on the Union’s first floor, temporarily named the Live Oak, said Ellen John, LSU Student Union marketing director.
John said students who submitted names during the breakfast were entered into a drawing to receive a free flash drive. She said the breakfast serves as a final push, but students can still submit names until Friday.
“The Union is all about the students,” she said. “What better way to involve students than to let students rename this area?”
