Incoming Management Assistant Professor presented his research paper at the sixth annual Academy of Management Conference.Jeremy Bernerth’s paper investigated job seekers’ attitudes at different stages of the recruitment process. These attitudes were based on the influence of expectations, fairness perceptions and initial screening feedback quality, said an August 27 University news release.Bernerth recieved his Ph.D from Auburn University. At the University, Bernerth will research and teach organizational behavior and human resource management.The AOM is the oldest and largest scholarly management association in the world dedicated to creating and spreading knowledge of management and organizations, according to the news release. The conference took place August 7 through August 11.
