The LSU men’s basketball team lost to Alabama, 65-59, in Tuscaloosa on Sunday.
Senior guard Marcus Thornton led the Tigers with 21 points and eight rebounds. Junior forward Tasmin Mitchell and sophomore guard Bo Spencer finished with 10 points each.
Alabama guard Senario Hillman had 24 points on 8-for-18 shooting.
LSU plays South Carolina in the PMAC on Wednesday.
