(AP) — A Marine officer suspected of not investigating the deaths of 24 Iraqi men, women and children is being accused of not visiting the scene for 24 hours and submitting incomplete and inaccurate reports to his superiors.Lt. Col. Paul Atterbury, a government attorney, also told a military panel that Lt. Col.
