Johnny Jones spoke to the media Monday afternoon, leading up to the team’s SEC Tournament game against Mississippi State. Coach Jones Talked about his love for LSU sports and what it means to him.
“I’m a die-hard LSU guy,” Jones said. “The Purple and Gold, that’s who I am.”
Jones made it clear how much LSU means to him and how much it has affected his career. Jones said he wants to make the fans “feel better,” especially after the teams’ disappointing season, with only 10 total wins, and a 15-game losing streak.
