The Gamma Zeta chapter of Louisiana State University sorority, Delta Gamma, hosted its’ annual “Fan Day” event at their Lakeshore Drive house last Friday, March 23.
Students from the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired were invited to the sorority house for a chance to meet LSU athletes and hear a speech from LSU gymnastics coach DD Breaux.Breaux talked to students about never giving up and always doing their best.
Delta Gamma’s national philanthropy, “Service for Sight,” is dedicated to helping those with visual impairments.The sorority volunteers weekly with the Louisiana School and hosts multiple fundraising events throughout the year.
