VCU’s Will Wade has been named the next LSU Men’s Basketball head coach.
The deal is reportedly for six years.
Wade has spent the past two seasons as the head coach for VCU, where he went 51-20 and lead the Rams to consecutive NCAA tournament berths. VCU lost in the first round of the 2017 NCAA tournament to Saint Mary’s.
Before his tenure at VCU, Wade was the head coach at Chattanooga, where he went 40-25 over two seasons.
