Antonio Blakeney is declaring for the NBA draft for the second time.
The sophomore guard announced his intentions to enter the 2017 NBA draft through a personal statement he put on twitter.
“After weeks of discussion, thoughts and prayers I have decided to take the next step in my basketball career,” he said in the statement.
Blakeney led the Tigers in scoring last season averaging 17.2 points per game and was named to the Southeastern Conference all-second team last season.
The former five-star recruit declared for the draft last year, but did not hire an agent and decided to come back for his sophomore season.
Blakeney did not indicate whether he would hire an agent before the draft.
