LSU baseball had been in an offensive slump for several games. However, the Tigers proved Friday night that is no longer the case.
The Tigers had a total of 13 hits coming from eight of the nine players in the batting lineup.
Senior shortstop Kramer Robertson and junior right fielder Greg Deichmann hit back-to-back home runs in the bottom of the 7th inning against Texas A&M Friday night.
The Tigers defeated the Aggies with a final score of 7-4 in game two of the series.
LSU will go for the series win on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
