Through five innings McNeese State held a 3-2 lead over the Tigers. Then in the sixth, freshman outfielder Aliyah Andrews got on base with a bunt. 
Later in the inning Allie Walljasper hit a RBI double to score Andrews, tying the game at 3-3.  
Sophomore pitcher Sydney Smith, who relieved Carley Hoover in the top of the sixth, didn’t give up a run the rest of the game.
Senior Sahvanna Jaquish led of the seventh inning with a double to left field. Freshman Nicky Dawson came into pinch run for her.
Freshman Sydney Springfield laid down a sacrifice bunt to put runners in scoring position. After an intentional walk, the bases were loaded for sophomore Shemiah Sanchez hit a walk-off line drive over second base to score Dawson and give the Tigers the 4-3 win.
