LSU has captured the signature of Baton Rouge local recruit Aaron Moffitt from Catholic High School.
Moffitt plays defensive end and Rivals.com rated him as a 3-star recruit. Moffitt stands tall at 6’2” and weighs 253 pounds.
Moffitt’s father, Tommy, is the strength and conditioning coach for LSU, and he says that he is very proud of his son.
Moffitt is joined in LSU’s 2017 recruiting class by his teammate Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who is LSU’s lone signee at running back this year. Moffitt will be rooming with Edwards-Helaire at LSU and looks forward to friendly cooking competitions with him.
Moffitt said that signing with LSU is a dream come true. He will officially join the LSU football team with the rest of the 2017 signees in June.
