This past Saturday, The LSU Chinese Students and Scholars Association put on a show for the Chinese New Year.
The show had numerous traditional performances done by local groups.  These groups performed traditional dances, as well as drama skits.
This year the show included some non traditional Chinese dance mixed in with traditional dances by the LSU Kryptonite Dance group
The Chinese New Year and Chinese calendar coincide with the 12 Zodiac signs. This year is the year of the rooster.
