According to the affidavits from East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, 69.9 grams of marijuana were found at the apartment, which was listed in McMiller’s name.

Ballard said McMiller has not been enrolled at the University since spring 2015. Duckworth is currently enrolled and Davis graduated in May and is currently enrolled in online courses, according to Ballard.
Update: 2:38 p.m.
Coppola said Orlando McMiller, Cade Duckworth and Dominique Davis were arrested for possession of narcotics. They have been booked in Easton Baton Rouge Parish Prison. The shooting suspects remain at large.

LSU Media Relations Director Ernie Ballard said the University is not aware of any students involved in the incident.

One person is injured after a shooting at The Lodges at 777 Ben Hur Road, according to Baton Rouge Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Don Coppola.
A male victim has non-life threatening injuries, Coppola said. BRPD is on the scene.
