The LSU gymnastics team enjoyed more laughs and a lot more candy than usual this Halloween as members of the team got into the spirit.
Former SEC All-American and Graduate Assistant Ashleigh Gnat dressed up as Head Coach D-D Breaux.
“I think today will be a pretty regular day for the girls, we’re going to get in here and get our work done, we’re in the swing of preseason and are really working hard to get these girls prepared for January,” Gnat said in her best Breaux interpretation.
Halloween is not Coach Breaux’s favorite holiday but it’s one that she enjoys with her grand children and LSU gymnastics team.
Assistant Coach Bob Moore dressed up as a pizza and Coach Breaux as a cast member of the “Walking Dead.”
“Well, you know my favorite show is ‘Walking Dead,’ so I know I don’t got my make up on but I’ve got my shirt,” Breaux said.
The team will have their annual Gymnastics 101 event on December 11, 2017 in the PMAC. Gnat will return to her normal attire that night, but will bring the same enthusiasm.
