BATON ROUGE- A student with a mental disability was apprehended yesterday after another student claimed he was stalking her.
The victim who asked to remain anonymous, told Tiger Tv that Schexnayder had been following her for two weeks.
She told police Schexnayder approached her Tuesday in Middleton Library, and said “I can kiss you.” He then chased her around the quad.
University LSU Media Relations Director Ernie Ballard confirmed that in addition to stalking, Schexnayder was arrested for simple battery, resisting an officer, battery of a police officer and criminal damage to property.
