Y.A. Tittle — LSU’s star quarterback from 1944 to 1947 and a member of both the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame — died Monday, LSU Sports Information Director Michael Bonnette confirmed. He was 90.
Tittle set several career records during his time at LSU, with 166 completions, 2,525 yards and 23 touchdowns.
