The LSU Student Union will see the addition of four new dining options for students this fall: Build Pizza by Design, Create Chop’d & Wrap’d, Redstick EATS and The Big Squeezy, according to a news release.
“These concepts will offer a variety of fresh, local and healthy products as well as fun and customizable experiences,” LSU Auxiliary Services vice president Margot Carroll said in the release.
Students will be able to get made-to-order personal pizzas at Build Pizza by Design.
Create Chop’d & Wrap’d will expand upon the On-The-Geaux salad station concept, and will feature salads, wraps and baked potatoes.
Redstick EATS will offer a rotating menu of Louisiana cuisine inspired by local chefs. The eatery will also feature a different daily po-boy on the menu.
Local juice bar The Big Squeezy and City Gelato will join the On-The-Geaux area. City Gelato will offer gelato, acai bowls and hummus bowls.
Construction will also add 100 seats in the Tiger Lair seating area.
