• The Spanish Moon hosts Americana Night with Billy Callaway, Reece Sullivan and Lauren Stefanski. Cover is $7. Show at 9 p.m.

• The Varsity Theatre will be screening the CONCACAF Gold Cup, starting with El Salvador v. Curacao at 7 p.m. followed by Mexico v. Jamaica. The event will have drink specials and free cover.

• Blues musician Tab Benoit will perform at the Varsity Theatre. Doors at 8 p.m. Tickets starting at $15.

• Join Today Is The Day at The Spanish Moon in celebrating their album’s 20th anniversary, along with acts Kayo Dot, Recluse and Ambassador. $13 advance tickets. Doors at 9 p.m.

• The Texas Club will host Swamp Pop Music Festival benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Enjoy music from 6 p.m. to midnight from various acts. Tickets are $20. 

• Local Americana band Humble Kind will perform at Dyson House Listening Room starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.

• Post-hardcore Detroit band Adventurer will play with local groups How High The Moon and The Angry 88 at the Atomic Pop Shop on Government Street. Doors at 8 p.m. Cover is $8. 

• Five-piece California band Rooney will appear at Gasa Gasa in New Orleans. Doors at 8 p.m. Tickets are $18.

• Chicago psych rock band Post Animal and The Evening Attraction take on The Spanish Moon. Cover is $10. Doors at 8 p.m.

• Famed magician David Blaine brings his tricks to The Saenger Theatre in New Orleans. Doors at 8 p.m. Ticket prices vary. 

• Game of Thrones Sunday Funday at the Varsity Theatre. No cover. Trivia begins at 5 p.m., followed by an encore screening of Season 6 Episode 10, as well as Season 7 Episode 1. Door prizes and drink specials.
