This week’s playlist was borrowed from a 1959 radio show hosted by Alan Freed, who is credited for coining the term “rock and roll.” You might call this “stealing from the great DJs of old.” I call it “using an already-tested playlist and paying homage to one of the great radio stars.” We disagree on this point, but we agree the music is great.
