Head Coach Ed Orgeron sealed his first home opening win Saturday night against the Chattanooga Mocs. The Tigers had 454 total offensive yards with seven scoring plays.
However, Orgeron still wants improvement especially from his freshmen.
“They know we need to play better. The only way to do it is experience,” Orgeron said.
Quarterback Danny Etling was also critical of his game.
“I thought I was a little sporadic at times,” Etling said. “I was struggling with my fundamentals.”
The Tigers take on Mississippi State next Saturday.
