LSUPD releases report on Maxwell Gruver’s death

Maxwell Gruver was found unresponsive at the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house Sept. 14 after a night of drinking according to the LSU Police report.
Gruver was transported to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center Thursday afternoon where he was pronounced dead according to the report.
The investigation is still underway.
