Several players – including two defensive starters – did not make the trip to New Orleans for the Tigers’ season opener against BYU.
Senior linebacker Donnie Alexander and junior cornerback Kevin Toliver will not be available for the game due to suspensions. Sophomore receiver Dee Anderson is also suspended.
Sophomore cornerback Xavier Lewis, sophomore tight end Caleb Roddy, senior defensive end Frank Herron, sophomore quarterback Justin McMillan, sophomore linebacker Michael Divinity, sophomore offensive lineman Adrian Magee, junior fullback Bry’Kiethon Mouton, senior defensive end Deondre Clark and sophomore defensive back Kristian Fulton did not participate in warm-ups, though the reasons are unknown.
Junior and freshman linebackers Arden Key and Andre Anthony made the trip, but remain sidelined due to injuries.
