There’s a crisis going on at LSU. And this time, it’s not about an ill tiger or rare eclipse. The crisis surrounding LSU is one that most students are aware of, parking. For years now, parking has plagued commuters to the point of hysteria. The problem has gotten even worse in recent years, driving students to park on neutral grounds and in “No Parking” areas. Several students speak out about the epidemic and ways to resolve it. 
The Office of Parking and Transportation claims that there are plenty of available spots for students to use. They state that this issue is merely a matter of awareness, and that students should better communicate with one another in order to know where to park and where not to park. 
Unfortunately, the parking crisis is not something that can be fixed over night. Despite recent maneuvers to improve the situation, students may just have to wait out this ongoing storm.
