Tiger TV sat down with Skip Bertman last week for an exclusive interview.
The former LSU Athletics Director said that new football coach Ed Oregon did well handling the team after Les Miles was fired.
“I think Ed did real well,” Bertman said. “I’m proud of him. He’s a good choice for our school, and I think he’ll do a real good job.”
Bertman, a five time College World Series champion as head coach of LSU, was with the Tigers from 1984 – 2001. He thinks that Paul Mainieri has done a nice job with the baseball program.
“I think Paul’s done a great job for both L-S-U and the players of course, but also the community.”
