Student Government Trial Court ruled to reinstate candidates who had been formerly disqualified from the StudentsFIRST campaign Monday in the case Election Board vs. StudentsFIRST candidates.
Trial Court furthered their proceedings over election code violations in the case between StudentsFIRST candidates J Hudson and Dani Borel and Speaker of the Senate Tyler Martin and College of Arts and Sciences Sen. Drew Prestridge this morning.
Trial Court met at 7:30 a.m. to hear this case, but recessed until 3:15 p.m. due to class conflicts.
After Trial Court Judge Daniel Marsh makes a decision in this case, the court will then hear a case between Leading the Way candidates Brooksie Bonvillain and Chris Sellers and Hudson and Borel.
