The LSU Athletic Department will host a behind-the-scenes look at its daily procedures Saturday at LSU Day.
“LSU Athletics: Thru and True” will begin at 10 a.m. on the Parade Grounds near the corner of Highland Road and Dalrymple and will give spectators an in-depth look at the athletic department and its impact on the University as well as the community.
Fans will have a chance to meet past and present Tigers, including vice chancellor and director of athletics Joe Alleva. Men’s basketball coach Trent Johnson and women’s basketball coach Van Chancellor will both be on hand for the festivities, as will former basketball coach Dale Brown and former baseball coach and director of athletics Skip Bertman.
