A student broadsided a First Transit bus Tuesday morning.
LSU Police Department Det. Jason Bettencourtt said the student was on her cell phone and did not see the bus.
Bettencourtt said 10 students were on the bus, but no one was hurt.
First Transit General Manager William Waters said the bus is going to the body shop on Wednesday, and it will cost $5,000 to $6,000 to repair.
Waters said there have been four crashes involving buses since last April, but this crash involved the most damage.
